(OTC Bulletin Board: MRDH), a health care services and technology company today announced financial and operational results for the quarter ended March 31, 2003. Medical services revenue increased by 45% from $610,832 in the first quarter of 2002 to $885,950 in comparable period in 2003. The increase in medical services revenue is attributed to increase in membership enrollments into Capnet IPA Physician Network. The Company also recorded a net loss from operations of $28,254 for the period ended March 31, 2003, compared to net loss from operations of $38,196 during comparable period in 2002. The following is the highlight of recent events that has occurred during the first three months of 2003: 1. Held an annual shareholders meeting on March 8, 2003, during which all the five members of the board of directors were re-elected. 2. The shareholders voted and approved the appointment of Mr. Andrew M. Smith CPA, as its independent auditor for the year ended December 31, 2002. 3. The shareholders also voted, approved and rectified the 2003 incentive stock option plan . 4.
