Item 7.01                                           Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

BeiGene, Ltd. (the “Company”) will be meeting with investors at the 36th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference during the week of January 7, 2018 in San Francisco (the “J.P. Morgan Conference”).  A copy of the Company’s presentation to be shared with investors at the J.P. Morgan Conference is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.  The presentation shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section 11 and 12(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

On January 8, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that it entered into an exclusive license agreement with Mirati Therapeutics for the development, manufacturing and commercialization of Mirati’s sitravatinib in Asia (excluding Japan), Australia, and New Zealand. The full text of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
