On April 9, 2012, International Bancshares Corporation (“IBC”), issued a news release announcing that IBC has been named one of America’s 100 Most Trustworthy Companies in an annual survey commissioned by Forbes.

 

The news release announcing IBC’s inclusion on the list, attached hereto and filed herewith as Exhibit 99, is incorporated herein by reference.
