Item 1.01. Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement

 

On February 16, 2010, TAL Advantage III, LLC, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of TAL International Group, Inc., increased the size of its asset backed credit facility from $100 million to $150 million.
