On December 4, 2008, Liberty Media LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation, issued a press release announcing the expiration and final results of its previously announced cash tender offer for its outstanding 8-1/2% Senior Debentures due 2029 and 8-1/4% Senior Debentures due 2030.  The press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
