On October 26, 2006, Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
