On May 31, 2013 Parks! America, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Todd R. White as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, from 1992-2011, Mr. White worked for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in a variety of roles, and most recently served as its Vice President Global Controller from 2005-2011. Mr. White received a B.A. in accounting from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is 51 years old.
