On October 14, 2008, Stan Harper resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Parks! America, Inc. (the “Company”). There was no disagreement or dispute between Mr. Harper and the Company which led to his resignation. Mr. Harper’s resignation shall become effective immediately.
