Infosys Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India ("Infosys", or the "Company"), hereby furnishes with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission this Report on Form 6-K regarding the outcome of the Board Meeting held on December 2, 2017
Infosys on December 2, 2017 announced the appointment Salil S. Parekh as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company with effect from January 2, 2018 for a period of 5 years, subject to the approval of shareholders and other regulatory requirements, if any and the re-designation of U.B. Pravin Rao as Chief Operating Officer and Whole Time Director with effect from January 2, 2018 upon stepping down as the interim Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director in accordance with the terms of appointment. A copy of the press release disseminated by Infosys Limited to the stock exchanges in this regard is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1
