On
February 9, 2007 EnerNorth filed a Notice of Intention to make a proposal
to its
creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) ("BIA") and appointed
Zwaig Associates Inc., ("Zwaig"), a licensed trustee, to act as
trustee under the proposal. On February 9, 2007, the Superior
Court of Justice for the Province of Ontario (the “Superior Court”) appointed
Zwaig Interim Receiver of the Company. On March 7, 2007 the Superior Court
granted the Company a 45 day extension to make a proposal to its creditors
under
the BIA.
