Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 12, 2015, Core Molding Technologies, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing an additional investment in the Company's reaction injection molding of dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) process to support new business awards. A copy of the Company's press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
