“Director – Share Dealing
On Thursday 21 December 2006, John Gildersleeve, a Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, informed Gallaher Group Plc that on that day a connected person, transferred a beneficial interest in 25,310 ordinary 10p shares in the Company to him.
Following this transfer, Mr Gildersleeve’s beneficial interest remains at 27,901 ordinary 10p shares in the Company.”
