|ITEM 5.07||SUBMISSION OF MATTERS IN A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS|
The Registrant reported that at its Special Meeting of Stockholders held June 4, 2012 in San Diego, California, the stockholders approved an increase in authorized shares of the Registrant’s common stock from 250 million shares to 500 million shares.
Based on the report from the Inspector of Elections, approximately 84.4 percent of outstanding shares entitled to vote were present at the meeting and the Registrant’s stockholders approved the measure to increase the number of authorized shares, with affirmative votes in favor of the proposal of approximately 74.1 percent of the shares that were present at the meeting.
Final vote totals will be included in the Registrant’s annual report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2012 to be filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
