Alberta Medical Aesthetic Certification Course Without Interrupting Work Updated

The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (+1-888-300-6079) near Edmonton is accepting new students for its updated Basic, Advanced, and Master level medical aesthetician courses, which allow students to learn at their own pace.

Laval, Canada - May 22, 2023

With its updated classes, Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy is able to help students complete their certification in up to a dozen common medspa treatments, with only a single week of in-class training at the Academy.

More information about medical aesthetics certification, online classes, and the Dermysk Academy can be found at https://dermysk.com/pages/academy

The new course structure allows students to access the full range of education and training offered in traditional, in-person courses, while also making it possible for students to work at their own speed and complete their schoolwork in their off-hours. After completing the online modules, students will attend a one-week hands-on training course, where they will receive practical experience working with actual medical aesthetic tools, in real-world scenarios.

To make the courses widely accessible, the Academy allows nearly anyone to apply for the Basic course, as long as they have either a high school diploma or some form of relevant job experience. This Basic course covers everything required for students to begin their new career as a medical aesthetician and fully certifies them to perform procedures such as radiofrequency rejuvenation, laser hair removal, and acne treatments.

After completing the Basic course, students may choose to enroll in Advanced training, to complete their certification in treatments such as CoolSculpting and pigmentation removal. The advanced course also covers a range of regenerative medicine techniques, which use either a client’s own stem cells or platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

While it is less common, students may also choose to enroll directly in the Master course, bypassing the Basic and Advanced training. In the Master level course, students will learn everything included in the original courses, as well as receiving additional training exclusive to this class.

The Master level training program provides graduates with a Master of Medical Aesthetics certification and allows them to perform more intensive procedures, such as vampire facials, carbon peels, and laser gynecology. This course includes a minimum of eight online modules, which can be completed at the student’s convenience, and requires two weeks of in-person, hands-on training at the Academy.

As one new aesthetician explained, “I recently graduated from the medical aesthetics program here at Dermysk, and I had an incredible experience. The location is beautiful, the staff are all amazing, highly trained, and so helpful. I would highly recommend this location for education as well as services.”
