LIVABLE, South Korea based PropTech startup, has participated in the international world proptech exhibition, London Proptech Show 2023. London Proptech Show is one of the world's most relevant gatherings of proptech industry stakeholders which was held at the Business Design Centre from 15th~16th February.
As a prestigious conference in the global proptech industry, more than 2,000 of industry professionals, government officials, and 350 companies from all around the world were attended to explore the latest trends and opportunities in the property technology sector. The theme of this year’s exhibition was centered around Global Proptech Outlook, Proptech for ESG goals, Commercial Proptech Industry Trends and Invest Managements.
A fast growing Korean startup, LIVABLE showcased a smart office building solution “Officener” which connects tennant and building managers to improve tenants’ experience while reducing management cost. It received particular attention for its easy applicability to all building types including general commercial building, headquarter office, co-working spaces, and large scale industrial complex. Compared to existing solutions, “Officener” can be implemented at a significantly lower cost of more than 50%, providing cost-effective options and offering tenants a unique experience.
During the start-up pitching session, LIVABLE caught the attention of professionals in this sector by proposing innovative approaches on smart building and ESG goals. Soomin Seo, the CEO of LIVABLE, remarked that ”Combine real-time occupancy data obtained through key features of “Officener”service (Desk and Shared Facilities Booking, Access Control, and etc) with building management can maximize energy efficiency through the enhancement of existing building energy management system(BEMS) prediction algorithms. In addition, we’ll make a service that allows both companies and individual tenants to actively participate in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives through smart office building solution”
LIVABLE has made history successfully as the first Korean company to participate in this exhibition. LIVABLE provides B2B-targeted housing welfare service through “Bohome” product and smart office building solution “Officener,” which provides a smarter communication tool for tenants and buildings managers.
