Manchin to chief energy regulator holding up natural gas projects: 'Do your damn job'

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., delivered a strong rebuke of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's decision to hold off on granting permits for pipelines in the U.S., telling the commission's chairman, "Do your damn job."
