My View: 'Unfortunate' ACC vote could hamper state's economy

In this guest column, the CEO of the Arizona Technology Council responds to what the council describes as the 'unfortunate' vote by the Arizona Corporation Commission to reject new clean energy rules, calling on the ACC chairwoman to 'repackage' some of the rules that could be passed in order to boost the economy and protect ratepayers.
