Cannabis Central: Pot Stock Index Down 1.6% Again On Wednesday; 8 Of 9 Categories Also Down

Wednesday's performance was almost a duplicate of Tuesday's. The NPSI declined another 1.6% with only 12 of the 39 constituents going up, 26 going down and 1 having no change in price. In addition, only 1 of the 9 sector categories advanced.
