Fed Panics As Foreigners Dump A Record $109 Billion In US Treasuries

In the week ending March 25, the amount of Treasurys held in custody at the Fed on behalf of foreign accounts tumbled by a whopping $58BN, bringing the total weekly average to $2.891 trillion, the lowest since April 2017.
