President Trump's approval rating among small business owners hits an all-time high, according to the CNBC/SurveyMonkey Small Business Survey for the fourth quarter 2019, as increased optimism about a U.S.-China trade deal buoys Main Street confidence. But the partisan divide is extreme among business owners when it comes to Trump.
