Hometown Urgent Care Completed Acquisition of Community Urgent Care in Springfield, Ohio

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio - September 12, 2019 - (Newswire.com)

Hometown Urgent Care, Ohio’s largest urgent care and occupational health company, announces the acquisition of three clinics operated by Community Urgent Care (CUC), Springfield Ohio. Under this transaction, Hometown will acquire certain assets of Community Urgent Care. Hometown plans to consolidate the operations in Springfield and will now operate three clinics at,

38 S Burnett Rd, 1200 Vester Ave., and 1301 W First St.

Services will include walk-in urgent care, wellness, occupational health, and an exclusive Workers’ Compensation injury management program that will provide a one stop healthcare resource for families and employers. Hometown will also partner with the local community, regional hospital and schools to support health care services locally, including providing seasonal care promotions such as flu shot clinics and student sport physicals.

After this acquisition and consolidation, Hometown will operate 33 facilities in Ohio and MI. Hometown plans to add four more facilities in various parts of Ohio in 2019 and has aggressive expansion plans for 2020.
