Panda’s new custom Horizontal Sliding Wall Systems use hidden top-mounted rollers that allow the wall’s glass panels to slide in and out of place. This means that no alteration is needed to be made to the floor when these systems are installed. Additionally, this hidden opening hardware means that when the wall systems are completely open, there is no visual border or disruption to the sense of flow between the spaces.
Thanks to this hidden hardware, Panda Windows & Doors’ HSW Systems can also be opened in two ways. The first is that the panels are slid to the side, where their unique stacking and self-folding design means the space will be completely opened up. The second is that singular panels can be opened like a traditional hinged door while the rest of the wall remains in place.
Panda’s design and build team can also work with homeowners to develop an opening concept that maximizes their available space.
