2025 ERTC Rebate Application: Pandemic Relief Calculator & Claim Support Update

LP Consulting and ERTC Express have updated their fast, no-cost, no-obligation eligibility check to help more employers claim rebates, regardless of whether they have already claimed ERTC in 2020, or received payments from the Paycheck Protection Program.

-- Many small business owners are still eligible for up to $21,000 per employee in rebates from the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) program, with no upper limit on funding. ERTC Express and LP Consulting have updated a fast and simple eligibility checking tool to help these employers determine if they can qualify, and for how much, using just 10 simple questions.

More information about ERTC rebates, the fast eligibility checking tool, and strategies for maximizing the available refunds can be found at https://bit.ly/ertc26

The ERTC program was first launched in 2020, at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, to help small business owners keep staff employed during lockdowns. Most small and medium-sized business owners are eligible if they meet a few basic requirements, including non-profit organizations and startups founded during the pandemic.

To qualify, a business must have had fewer than 500 W-2 employees on the payroll during the pandemic, and been negatively affected by it in some way. This can be shown in several ways depending on the type of business and may include suffering temporary shutdowns due to government orders, indoor seating capacity restrictions, curb-side pickup requirements, or meeting limitations due to remote working.

ERTC Express helps employers to determine if they can qualify, how much they can claim, and how to complete the required paperwork to maximize their refunds with minimal hassle. They use a team of three ERTC specialist CPAs working individually to check each application, and ensure that every employer is receiving their maximum allowable rebate, with an audit-proof document trail for every claim.

With no upper limit on funding, some employers have been able to claim over $1 million in pandemic refunds. However, the average rebate for most small to medium-sized businesses is closer to $150,000, which never needs to be repaid.

Unlike other pandemic relief programs, the ERTC provides a one-time payment that is not a loan or deferral. These funds are a reimbursement from the federal government for wages that employers have already paid, and they can be spent with no restrictions.

An excerpt from the full ERTC report explains, “Our team will hold your hand through the process of filling out your qualification form and be there if you ever need more information or have any questions.”
