Growing up in a large and close-knit extended family, Dr. Chamlati often served as a confidante to her younger cousins and friends. By fostering a safe, supportive, judgment-free, and playful environment, she helped them navigate life's challenges, nurturing resilience along the way. This experience sparked her passion for mental health, driving her toward a career committed to assisting others on their path to wellness.
