In the last few years, NFTs have grown in popularity and are expected to maintain their upward trajectory in the next five years. As public awareness of the asset grows, many are looking for ways to turn popular NFT art into merchandise and gift items.
Pilloo offers this option, allowing anyone to print an NFT image on a custom-shaped pillow for gifting or personal use.
To create the NFT pillows, customers start by uploading their preferred image to Pilloo’s online design studio. Afterward, the studio generates a mock-up of the pillow that can be adjusted and edited until the customer is satisfied.
Customers can either choose a custom shape or a traditional shape, such as a square, rectangle, or circle. With the custom-shaped pillows, Pilloo’s design and manufacturing team cuts an outline of the NFT into the fabric, sews along the edges, and then fills it with stuffing materials, creating a pillow with a wholly unique shape. With this option, customers also have a choice of sizes, from small pillows measuring 16" in length to 60" life-size pillows.
All of Pilloo’s pillows are eco-friendly, using a combination of high-quality polyester with a soft velvet outer shell. For printing, only non-toxic inks and resins are used, making them safe for adults and children. These inks also ensure that the images remain clear and vivid over long periods.
“Our pillows are individually handcrafted using our unique sublimation printing method that turns your NFTs into eye-catching, durable, and fluffy pillows,” said a spokesperson for the company. “You can stretch them, cuddle them, or have pillow fights with them and your images will remain intact with all their bright colours.”
