BillingQ automates manual workflows and DataQ delivers visual performance metrics

Tempe, AZ – 17, May 2022 – nQ Zebraworks today announces the launch of its practice management technology, BillingQ, hallmarking a significant milestone achievement in the Queues roadmap CEO Bill Bice has laid out for the company. BillingQ, nQzw’s cornerstone practice management solution integrates with law firms existing financial management systems to automate billing workflows and represents the company’s larger pivot toward developing platform-based solutions.

BillingQ enhances law firms’ investments in their time and billing software by removing manual steps out of the billing process and provides attorneys and staff access to a single dashboard for all billing-related information, including A/R aging, WIP, WIP aging, payments and write-offs. Users can drill down and view metrics down to the transaction level.

BillingQ routinely removes multiple days from the billing process by using workflows to automate client communication using professional email templates for invoices, statements, A/R notices and trust replenishment.

The launch of BillingQ coincides with the upcoming release of DataQ on June 30th, which works hand-in-hand with BillingQ to build a data warehouse that makes it easy for attorneys and firm managers to view all key financial metrics – including accounts receivable, work in progress, utilization, billing realization and paid realization – instantly through easy-to-use dashboards.

DataQ’s simple-to-use interface sits atop a data warehouse to allow users to have full access to financial information at their fingertips, with no need to run reports while security determines the information available to different roles within the firm. “Many legacy systems require the use of complicated reporting modules, which are slow and cumbersome to extract information.
