To date, the ROE Black Pearl 2 (“BP2”) has been the industry quality leader, having been used on gold-standard projects that utilize virtual production, such as Disney’s “The Mandalorian” and HBO’s “Westworld”.  The updated BP2V2 sets the bar higher with faster components and truer-to-content color representation.  The BP2V2 minimizes scanning artifacts by having a higher refresh rate in combination with a lower scan rate. The higher refresh rates help to avoid visible scan-lines; the BP2V2 has a much better refresh rate of 7680 Hz as compared to the BP2’s 1920 Hz.
