Walton Street Acquires Sunrise Commerce Center, a 77,608 SF Warehouse in Sunrise, FL

The Venture secured this high-quality building through a direct relationship with the owner/user (the “Seller”). The Property was built in 2015 with Class A industrial specs including 32 ft clear heights, 9 dock-high and drive-in doors, 99 parking spaces, and full-building circulation. The Property is also fully air-conditioned which is a significant amenity for prospective tenants due to South Florida’s climate. The Venture acquired the Property tenant-ready with LED lighting, ESFR sprinklers, and approximately 13,000 SF of office.
