PowerSchool’s Education Impact Consulting Team Wins 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Award

PowerSchool’s team of education consultants dedicated to ensuring customer success recognized for exceptional stewardship and customer support

PowerSchool (NYSE: PWSC), the leading provider of cloud-based software for K-12 education in North America, today announced it has been named a winner in the 2022 Excellence in Customer Service Award presented by Business Intelligence Group. PowerSchool’s Education Impact Consulting (EIC) Team was selected for the program’s Consultant of the Year category based on the team’s ongoing efforts serving as strategic advisors for PowerSchool customers and providing customers with new resources to further their adoption of PowerSchool solutions and improve student outcomes.

Notably, the EIC Team created a one-to-many customer engagement model, launched a new process for customers to request additional product support, and created the PowerSchool Power-Ups program to share best practices across PowerSchool customers.
