Huron Closes Acquisition of Perception Health

Combination of healthcare predictive analytics and data capabilities with deep technology and industry expertise will help uncover data insights to optimize patient care

Global professional services firm Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) today announced it has completed its acquisition of Perception Health Inc. The combination of the companies strengthens Huron’s healthcare predictive analytics and data capabilities to help clients discover insights and detect patterns to optimize patient care and make better data-driven decisions.

“We are pleased to welcome Perception Health to the Huron team,” said James H. Roth, chief executive officer of Huron. “We look forward to helping our clients use data to identify opportunities for improved clinical and business decision-making.”

Together, Huron and Perception Health will provide clients data insights across the care continuum to better identify and manage risks for patients and communities.
