He was with RWJBarnabas Health for over 21 years, and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Children’s Specialized Hospital. In addition, Moore also served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and held several leadership roles at HealthSouth.

As EVP and Chief Operating Officer, Moore will support Inspira’s growth strategy under the leadership of Amy Mansue, President & CEO of Inspira Health. This appointment comes at a critical time, as Inspira continues to expand their access and services throughout South Jersey communities. Moore’s foresight for long-term growth will solidify the foundation of the network’s continued success. Over the course of his career, Moore has played an integral part in implementing high reliability organization (HRO) principles with a focus on patient safety and zero harm, and opened 12 new outpatient centers at the Children’s Specialized Hospital.

“I am grateful for this opportunity, and I am looking forward to taking on this leadership role at Inspira and utilizing my previous experiences to maximize the impact Inspira can have on their patients,” said Moore. “Alongside the leadership team, we will continually elevate the high quality, safe and compassionate care that we provide to those in our community.”

Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Maryland, as well as a Master’s degree in health and human service administration from Rider University.
