The foundation of a solid career in business is building relationships. It's also important to surround yourself with people who share the same affinities and passions as yourself. The reason our company has done so well is that we have managed to do this. Everyone is working toward the same goals. Everyone approaches our work with the same passion. Had I discovered this sooner, it would have made such a big difference."
