Bull Run Corporation (the Company) is unable to file the Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2002 within the prescribed time period. On September 26, 2002, Host Communications, Inc., the Companys wholly owned subsidiary, and CBS Sports, a division of CBS Broadcasting, Inc., restructured their agreement to administer corporate sponsorship sales, media and marketing activities for National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) championships. The Company, its Audit Committee and its independent auditors are currently determining the financial statement impact of the changes to the agreement, and its impact, if any, on the Companys consolidated financial statements as of and for the year ended June 30, 2002. The Company anticipates filing its Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2002 on or before Monday, October 14, 2002.
