On July 24, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007.  A copy of the July 24, 2007 press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

On July 24, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable on August 24, 2007 to shareholders of record as of August 6, 2007.  A copy of the July 24, 2007 press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
