The registrant was not, without unreasonable effort or expense, able to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 by February 14, 2014. The registrant anticipates that it will file its Form 10-Q within the “grace” period provided by Securities Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.

  Net loss increased by $2,074,478 or 19.1%, period-on-period, to $12,958,983 for the three months ended December 31, 2013, from $10,884,505 for the three months ended December 31, 2012. The increase in net loss is attributable to a combination of all the factors to be discussed in the Form-10Q, but was principally due to the negative gross margin and the increase in allowance for bad and doubtful debts.
