On January 2, 2015, ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (“ARMOUR”) confirmed that a monthly cash dividend rate of $0.04 per share will be payable to holders of ARMOUR common stock for each of the three months in the first quarter of 2015, as set forth below:
