(b) Departure of Chief Credit Officer
As previously announced by Bank of Marin Bancorp (Nasdaq BMRC), parent company of Bank of Marin (the "Bank"), the retirement of Kevin K. Coonan from the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank will be effective November 1, 2013.
Item 8.01 Other Events
As previously announced by Bank of Marin Bancorp (Nasdaq BMRC), parent company of Bank of Marin (the "Bank"), effective October 31, 2013, Ms. Elizabeth Reizman will officially assume the responsibilities of Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer upon Kevin Coonan's retirement.
