On May 18, 2007, Legacy issued a press release announcing that it entered into NYMEX WTI oil swaps and Waha natural gas swaps related to its previously announced planned acquisitions as reported on April 10, 2007, and May 7, 2007.  A copy of the press release announcing the entry into the oil and natural gas swaps is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
