(d) On July 16, 2008, the Board of Directors of Plumas Bancorp (the "Company") appointed Robert J. McClintock as a Director of the Company. Mr. McClintock’s appointment is effective on August 20, 2008. As of the date of this filing, Mr. McClintock has not been appointed to a committee of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. McClintock will receive fees consistent with those fees received by the existing directors for service as a director of the Company.
