GOL Launches Two New Daily Flights to Buenos Aires

São Paulo, July 3, 2006 – GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes (Bovespa: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), Brazil’s low cost, low fare airline, announces the addition of two more daily flights to Buenos Aires, Argentina, beginning today. One flight will depart from Rio de Janeiro to Buenos Aires, with a stopover in São Paulo. The second flight will depart from Florianópolis to Buenos Aires, with stopover in Porto Alegre. With these additional frequencies, the Company will operate four daily flights from Brazilian cities to the capital of Argentina.

GOL started its flights to Argentina in 2004. Last May, the load factor in the Company’s flights to Ezeiza airport was 82.8% . According to ABAV – Brazilian Association of Travel Agents, Buenos Aires is the preferred international destination for Brazilians in July’s vacation.

“We are adding these two new flights to fulfill the growing demand of passengers, and to drive the popularization of air transportation in South America. To achieve these objectives, we offer competitive fares and quality services”, says Tarcisio Gargioni, GOL’s Vice President of Marketing and Services.

Tickets are available for purchase by telephone, through your travel agent, or on GOL’s website, www.voegol.com.br. Please see the destination table below for more information on the new flight schedules:
