ITEM 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 7, 2007, SRA International, Inc. announced its financial results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2007, as well as its earnings guidance for the second quarter of fiscal 2008 and full fiscal year 2008. The press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
