Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

On March 28, 2005, James Canfield resigned from his position as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Corporation”) effective as of April 1, 2005. The Corporation does not currently intend to appoint a new officer to this position.
