Kamada Ltd. (the “Company”) announced today that at its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on November 13, 2014 in Ness Ziona, Israel, the proposal submitted for shareholders' approval for the re-election of Ms. Alicia Rotbard as an outside director (within the meaning of the Israeli Companies Law) for an additional three-year term, was duly approved.
