ITEM 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On June 15, 2010, the Board of Directors of First Community Corporation (the “corporation”) amended the corporation’s bylaws to change the address of the registered agent to the corporation’s home office (see Article 1, Section1), change the definition of “Business Competitors” to include all counties in which the corporation has offices (see Article 3, Section 3), and change the terms of Emeritus Directors to be appointed for life (see Article 3, Section 7).
A complete copy of the corporation’s amended and restated bylaws is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.2.
