Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 12, 2007, Mothers Work, Inc. (“Mothers Work”) issued a press release announcing its sales results for the month of June 2007 and for the third quarter ended June 30, 2007. In the release, Mothers Work also provided guidance information related to earnings for its quarter ended June 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
