On September 8, 2008, beginning at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of NovaDel Pharma Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), will be held at the offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, located at 502 Carnegie Center, Princeton, New Jersey 08540.
