The Company’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2013, could not be filed because the Company has limited financial resources and personnel and was unable to timely complete and verify its financial statements.

The Company currently estimates that it will report net income of approximately $1,262,866 on revenues of approximately $1,964,843 for the six months ended June 30, 2013, as compared to a net (loss) of approximately $(1,993,583) on revenues of $934,455 for the six months ended June 30, 2012. The Company further estimates that, after net income (loss) attributable to noncontrolling interest of $837,268 and $(269,940) for the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, it will report net income (loss) attributable to CirTran Corporation and subsidiaries of $425,598 and $(1,723,643) for the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
The Company currently estimates that it will report net income of approximately $1,695,346 on revenues of approximately $1,096,691 for the three months ended June 30, 2013, as compared to a net (loss) of approximately $(705,487) on revenues of $315,755 for the three months ended June 30, 2012. The Company further estimates that, after net income (loss) attributable to noncontrolling interest of $1,164,172 and $(115,970) for the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, it will report net income (loss) attributable to CirTran Corporation and subsidiaries of $531,174 and $(589,517) for the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
The foregoing estimates are preliminary and subject to verification and adjustment.
